Shakti Rudraksha Mala is a Pancha-mukhi Rudraksha Mala of size approximately 5 mm to 6 mm, consisting of 108 Rudraksha seeds spiritually consecrated by Poojya Guruji Shri Devbaba, a divine saint belonging to the Himalayan Guru Parampara.

Every Shakti Rudraksha Mala undergoes a procedure whereby it is cleansed with panchgavya obtained from the Ashram’s desi gaumatas. The Mala is worshipped with 1008 chants of Maha Mrutyunjaya Mantra during the Maha Mrutyunjaya Homa conducted at our ashram. Finally, ‘Gaupuja’ is performed by Poojya Guruji, to mark the consecration of the Mala and to bless the wearer with all-round success, both materially and spiritually.

Some Dos and Donts

• Rudraksha has the characteristic of absorbing energies and therefore it is important to buy it from a spiritual source so as to mitigate the chances it’s getting corrupted by negative energies.

• Once initiated, the rudraksha must be recharged at regular intervals of six months by cleaning it with pure desi ghee.

• Rudraksha Mala need not be removed from your body during your ablutions/ bathing.

• If using the Rudraksha Mala during Japa, then ensure to keep it in a closed pouch after Japa is over.

Rudraksh actually are seeds of a fruit which grows on a particular tree found only in select locations of south East Asia. The scientific name of the tree is Elaeocarpus Ganitrus.

Rudraksh aids in spiritual development. Its healing nature helps in curing physical, mental and psychosimatic illness.

Rudraksh can be worn by anyone irrespective of caste, religon, gender etc. The more reverence you have towrds the rudraksh, the more benefit you can receive from it.

Rudraksh need not be removed while taking bath. But do not use it in swimming pools etc. Because the chlorinated pool water will damage the energies in the rudraksh mala. Similarly if you remove it for any reason then make sure that you keep it properly wrapped in a silk or cotton cloth.

Yes just like fake people, rudraksh can also be fake. There are similar looking seeds which looks like rudraksh but is not a rudraksh and does not have the energies. It will do more harm than benefit. And hence it is very important to buy rudraksh from a trusted source or genuine source. Some time even the trusted source does not know what they are selling.
